No need for mention but included for clarifications that only registered candidates who’s name not appear in  any  college admission merit list, only those are eligible to apply.

If any students already confirm admission in any course in any college, and he/she applies in Reopen procedure his/here cheat will be open sure, so don’t game with university and be honest about applying.

Change Course

1. In step by step procedure, students have to access online admission portal

2. Select Under graduate in Degree Type option.
3. You have option to choose any one among Government Aided, Professional Institutes, & Self finance.
4. Degree Type: your choice course (traditional only) such as B.A, B.Sc., B.Com.
   
5. and finaly select College Name

Why Meerut University on back foot?

Actually, University already closed online registration and admission procedure, but thousand of registered students were on the road for admission, and in other hand for manage students many colleges  request for extend seats, so that admission properly, and after all exam and admission committee meeting decided to open admission again in welfare of students.
