Many colleges open CCS University provisional admission without online registration, when we ask about, the college reply that some 
colleges file case in court and demand to university also, and the admission is provisional, after decisions in favour of colleges,the admission will permanent.

Chaudhary Charan Singh University has already declare very clear that all the admission without online registration/merit are fraud, university not permitted to any college for direct / provisional admission and surly these admission will be canceled.
If any colleges doing this type fraud with students, students can complain in written, and university will take serious action against such colleges.
